My opinion is as valuable as the next guys, but I suspect the Fed will continue to raise rates and reduce its balance sheet. 

Tik Tok and IG are the most suspect ones for me.

I suspect they do.and I would then write them and tell them your filing a complaint.

But without having read the agreement, I suspect it's not as tight as a lease.

That being said, I suspect it will be beneficial for the following reasons:1) If done properly, it can reduce your liability so that if one LLC is sued, the other is somewhat protected. 2) If you treat them like two individual businesses, it will be easier sell just one off in the future, should you choose to do so.
