It definitely took some extra negotiation because I wanted to price moved down, and I knew the Wholesaler was trying to get a bigger commission.

I am in the middle of negotiating a deal on a 3 level 1600 sq ft. town home in the middle of downtown Fells point area (1 commercial space+ 1 apartment) near the Broadway Market.

If nothing else I take responsibility for that and will work to improve our communication systems between our franchisees, client success and sales team that's valid.As I have done before I'm a big fan of transparency and this forum, and will happily talk to anyone that has concerns about how we do business.

@JT Thomson, the best way to do this is to research top luxury agents who can successfully lease your sister's place. 

It's harder to be successful at it that one might think.
