I am moderately organized but want something simple so i can let vendors in, carry less keys and control which vendors can get into which properties.   

My intent here is to act as a broker/wholesaler on this deal or organize a group of investors to fund the purchase.

I have been working with @Jerry Puckett whom is going to help me with my mailing as soon as I FINALLY get him my organized list.

From my experience (& my organic chem minor) you can't scrub established oil and grease stains away.

I've owned and rehabbed houses before but they where either projects assisting family members or they where organic efforts of my own with no clear focus.I have worked in the corporate world for 15 years owning and operating a business along the way.I have a successful career in the Telecommunications industry but I'm starting to dream the dreams of financial independence through real estate investment.The wealth of knowledge found here is FANTASTIC and really appreciated!

Some are deeded as Single Family dwellings - no association, Some are organized under and part of an HOA!

I think if you are seriously considering organizing something like that, and want to discuss, that we should have a conference call with the interested parties - quicker than endless emails.

I read an article a while back about how if a local sports team win a championship in their sport, the city has nationwide sometimes worldwide media, publicity, and tourism. pretty much a gold mine for investing, the Lakers ended up winning three championships and so im sure you guys know that L.A. is a horrible place to invest now since its at pretty much its marketing peak in real estate, I feel Indianapolis is heading that way with the pacers and im scared of missing out on a opportunity of making a extra cash do to distance, I find myself in a great dilemma and need all the help I can get.
