The regional ones tend to have most or all of the same services but tend to provide much better customer service. 

For $1-2k per month operators can generally hire a dedicated local 'Superhost' or experienced local manager/cleaner while enhancing the quality of services rendered.

I know someone looking into Nexus Lexus but with no solution yet.FCI, is a loan servicer that works with a local insurance broker and says they will notify you quickly if any policy is canceled (???).

Important to note that you don't have to go under contract or even make an offer in that time; you just need to formally list a few properties that you would consider buying in your 1031.

We had a subpanel installed which is an option but would have upgraded service if we needed more AMPs.

Depends on the market but if you are trying to market to vacationers or move upscale, then I think you need to offer a pool.

Would like to try and expand our services but not sure what else is needed, because I know one of the main questions I hear other people asking is "are they licensed and insured/bonded"  - The state we are in is South Carolina.
