Service seems useful.

We know of a bunch of the servicers but curious of others have servicers they prefer.

I imagine there is a good level of demand for your services in a city like Nashville!

If you're seeing less on comparable properties, my guess is that those owners or management companies negotiated a discounted rate to service all their properties, or some may even operate their cleaning services in-house and pass on the discount to their owner-clients.

They must provide quality service, or their clients won't want to pay the price.

The servicers have to send notices 15 days prior to the transfer, but the new servicer is required by law to honor any payments made to the old servicer for 60 days.

I activate them with my email, but tenants have to use their own subscription to the premium streaming services.
