Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki is a must read!

Since PM fees are paid for, and I will be living overseas, I have no desire to manage the property myself.Here's what I've done so far:1) Asked "rich people" and people with high-end homes I know for a referral (no one I've talked to has rented their home or been on a similar assignment).2)  Done rental searches on realtor.com, Zillow, etc. for rentals at or above my rent rate, then taken note of the listing agents. 

The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing put out by Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Poor Dad brand is another good one.

It is YOURS as the rich landlord, and their greedy employer for not paying them more. 

Either way, this is a get rich slow game. 

Disclaimer: I am house hacking with a FT job... and am not rich so upfront capital is the problem at the moment. 

You won't get rich on cash flow but it will probably be enough to pay for its major expenses over the years.

After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad it opened my mind to the importance of acquiring assets.

Ocean facing property in either California or Florida, to short-term lease and then retire in and sell to other rich people from all over the world.

If you were a business tenant (likely single tenant operator) looking at a landlord (who they often think are rich) you likely would not want to comply either.You bought this at auction likely at a reduced price.
