Vet the contractor - Check reviews, ask for client referrals, check social channels, and my favorite thing to do is ask to stop by a current job siteIf your project was in Chicago I'd love to work together, but happy to talk through any of my points in more detail let me know if any need further clarification.

The reason I ask is because a lot of my property management business comes from referrals from either my current customers or from other real estate agents. 

Also, a referral for a real estate lawyer in or near Dickson TN that may be better to work with.
