@SURESH KANNAN there are plenty of property managers here in San Antonio that will do the leasing/tenant screening, but not require you to hire them for their ongoing PM services.

It can be unsettling to get a service request the first month you closed but it's not necessarily indicative of what your ongoing maintenance will be.
