Hi everyone - first time poster hereI am looking at a mobile home park that had been listed through a realtor for several months with no bite.

I had some mobile home parks over the years.. 2 low end one solid B.. the B was no issue the low end parks were drug and tweaker havens.. made money on them only because I bought them from burnt out landlords turned then and sold within 24 months.. 

Hi,I’m looking for a Mobile Home Park that might be for sale or abandoned in NWA or surroundings.

If the brick veneer is not included is a UL or ASTM or another agency listing then it isn't technically fire rated.  

Mobile home parks are great investments. 

Since they are mobile and can be moved to any location is there a certain code they need to built to and also is calculating arv and estimates the same and also how do you take into account taxes ?

@Joe P.The environment I am talking about is not create by ordinary ppl they seem to be great it's the ppl on the top bankers realtors government agencies etc...

This matters when you are dealing with conventional or agency loans. 

I just listened to his session tonight and while the strategy is definitely interesting, the presentation was almost entirely 1) Things you should already know if you're going to be any sort of real estate investor, and 2) Very high on the motivation/rah-rah to try to drive an emotional response, and very light on the 'brass tacks' of making this strategy actually produce profits (especially compared to the mobile home park guys that spoke over the summer--that was a no-BS presentation).I'm signed up for the Saturday session so hopefully he'll start providing some real details there, but at this point it sounds perilously close to Guru-speak

On the last tenant with covid funds they did not charge me until the rent was collected from the agency.
