I live in DFW & will likely never own a home again (I house hacked in Oklahoma in college) without moving to a totally different market & a different economy & market cycle!

We are focusing our energy on finding deals earlier in the cycle, the closer we are to the Seller at the original point they decide to sell the more likely we are to get a better price.

I am not sure how Grant Cardone defines it, but he has different classes based on where in the deal cycle you invest.As you very well layout, the Class B is taking a backseat to Class A.
