That's the route I'm planning on taking, but I'd love to hear input from others.If you've mailed to tax delinquent property owners before, what medium of direct mail have you had the most success with?

As a fellow NJ LL, I would urge you to familiarize yourself ASAP with NJ's Anti-Eviction Act.

The response I got from the agent representing the landlord was curt, suggesting that the LL was 'not pleased' with our diligence.Am I missing something here?

Also, I've heard some people use a personal shopper together with your input, may do it cheaper than an interior designer.
