No drywall or lower cabinets on one wall of the kitchen. 

Need kitchen and flooring for current building.

I'm deciding between tile and hardwood kitchen floors for our remodel of a high-end rental.

Also ask the when the kitchens were last update, flooring type and age, roof age, boiler/furnace age, plumbing type, bathroom age, etc. if everything is original from the 1980s then it will need to be replaced. 

The kitchen currently has beautiful oak cabinetry but I also know the trend right now is painted cabinetry, specifically white.

Incidentally, I had a recent water leak in my kitchen while no one was home for days.

I applied everywhere and Chipotle Mexican Grill was the first to offer me a crew position at $8.50/hr. 3 weeks in I was offered a kitchen manager position.

I would then use sheet vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms.
