Real estate sales or commission based gigs are great but don’t provide consistent income for investing for the first few years.

If you figure 7 million. it’s another 1.1 million in 3 years versus 1.4 in 5 years, pretty consistant actually.

We are interested in purchasing a single family home on the coast between Portland area and Desert Island area to use as a vacation home/possible future retirement spot for our family and to Airbnb/VRBO when we are not present. 

Also, these properties have a lot of debt on them as well and the commercial spaces 5 out 11 of them are rented but tenants don't pay consistently to the owners and the big problem is "there are no tenants in any of these buildings for the residential. 

However, in my business we have to run consistence maintenance on machinery and we’ve used Wunderlist as a simple hack that has worked to schedule reminders. 

As an agent that works a lot with investors out here on Long Island, there are actually many ways both parties can benefit each other.

It consists of 2 - two story homes, and 2 mobile homes, all on adjacent to one another, and 1 vacant lot.I understand wholesalers try to market deals to fix and flippers/rehabbers, but what about a deal that doesn’t need any work, and cash flows well, and the cap rate is approximately a 10.

Interesting because this has been consistent across markets, not just one city.
