It’s a hot neighborhood without question, so it’s hard to pass up.

It scratches, you can't put anything hot on it, you may have chipping at the edges, etc.

Their origination and underwriting is a hot pile of inefficient Pentagon-like crap, which is why they have that giant 100 basis points origination fee.

My market is hot with mail right now, so I have to send more than maybe other markets to get the results I need. 

is it possible to tack the hot markets and play in them or that could be too dangerous !!??   

I've thought of a heloc but with the current market in Seattle as hot as it is, there hasn't been many attractive deals.
