The “win-win” is you’re an agent who lists the property on the MLS and gets the seller the most money possible…I THINK VA mortgages can be assumed by another current member of the military or a veteran. . 

I get an excel version of the list from the county where I want to buy tax liens.

Are there any free sites where these are listed?

Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling,  reading to start investing, I don't have access to off market deals yet , some realtors added me to their MLS list but I have not gotten any deal yet .

They had it listed for $215K but I checked and nothing on the street had been sold for over $200K so we offered less.

We have one that is currently being rented - but the tenant has been in it for over a year now.We had another MTR we just removed from the market recently, and listed the property for sale. 

We have began to target Listing Agents, in an attempt to find locations, but are wondering if there are specific agencies that specialize in this market that we should be targeting, to lessen the effort? 

There are a few in your area on my list. 

I've heard of people bringing an offer with them to an open house/house showing and handing their offer directly to the listing agent in person with a deposit check, showing they mean business and are ready to move forward.Has anyone done this or have any suggestions on the best way to go about doing this?

We found a prospect that has a voucher for 1 bedroom and the voucher exceeds the FMR listed on the Section 8 website for a 3 bedroom.For example, the 3 bedroom FMR is $1,800.
