Initially I was checking into Charlotte, but I feel a market within a closer driving distance is better for a new investor such as myself.It seems to me that focusing in on the Midlothian area should provide a good start.

My dad was taking me on sales calls at 6 and by 9 I was a closer.. you know the worlds best salesperson is a 9 year old … they can argue everything..  

The current CAP is at 5.8% but with the increase could be closer to 9%. 

If I were a little closer, I’d be all over it with you!

I'm in Marietta OH, so about an hour and a half drive but i'm willing to put in the time since i'm not having any luck finding a meet up any closer.

Many avoid cutting the grass at all, and few would attempt such tasks as trimming bushes, mulching flower beds, and raking leaves.

The appraiser used other comps in the area further away.. and I'm thinking it's just because they sold for lower prices closer to our purchase amount.So my question is what should we do?

If that’s the case then my provider sucks as it’s closer to like 20-30%.

A week later they will relist and I bid again what I want, one time, and just wait until their reserve gets closer to what I will pay.Don't put in a small bid and then bid when you are out bid. 

Or should I simply purchase the domain names and wait until I get closer to returning to the states to start the site?
