I’m a new investor from Long Island, Ny.

Hi Susan,I can't really speak for Mass but the laws in New Hampshire are a bit more landlord friendly than they are in Rhode Island.  

To add to the value here, I actually have a client who is currently looking for an investor to assist with a rehab project on Tilghman Island.

I currently have an STR out in Long Island but the area has become so competitive that it's difficult to make numbers work on a lot of these properties.

I started listening Brandon’s podcast, webinar, and watching his videos, which are all very educational and constructive (watched also Cardone, Clayton Morris).My 23 year old son who is finalizing his masters in cyber security, has also developed a strong interest and is very enthusiastic about this opportunity for growth.My husband and I are still working (W2) and we have our primary house on Long Island N Y. and a rental vacation property in Florida.

My wife was a broker in Longview for years and is from Puget island.
