My wife wanted an SUV, and today we took delivery of a brand-new Ford Edge!

I ask everyone I come in contact with who expresses an interest in learning the acquisition business to drop everything and go straight to craigslist and post a want ad for cheap property.  

At $11,000 to tear down it seems the money will come back as taxes fairly smoothly, average new house probably has $60,000 to $70,000 of local payroll labor involved when utilities and sales/delivery are included. 

We used them to form our LLC, we went ahead and did the EXPRESS............
