I am not an expert on lagoon systems, but i would not consider anything else till i am sure that this lagoon will not kill my park and me financially. 

@Kim Hopkins I completely agree with @Priyanshu AdathakkarIf anyone else wasn't cutting it in their work - it's simple... they'd get fired.

You don't want to strain any relationships with the seller or else you could develop a bad reputation. 

For the people that want to stay in their home, how will this benefit them if you are looking to rent the property out to someone else?

He also suggested that we be our own registered agent vs him or someone else.

It messes up our entire schedule with movers and flooring contractors if they delay our closing because we can't close on our next house until AFTER closing on our current house.

I can't remember ever having a landlord or manager risk any liability to inform me of a problematic tenant.Has anyone else actually had a past listed landlord reference give them negative feedback that helped them avoid a bad tenant?

To me, I’d rather have the job done correctly the use a cheap contractor that does half a job, then run around trying to find another to fix the mess.

Outside of monthly interest payments, what else could the lender get to feel more secure in the deal?
