There is a live in caretaker of the building, an older gentleman who lives in the building for free and in exchange the organization that owns the building has him go around and clean up the yard, shovel the snow, and keep the alleys clear and free of trash.

The earliest I'd be able to bulldoze it would be in 2 years, however.

I've never heard of a "Real Estate Institute of Rhode Island" but I can say there are multiple organizations (including many brokerages) which will give you the pre-license classes.

@Jimmy Dang I organize it here, but I am sure there are some BP members who organize one up there too.
