Hey guys and gals,I created this thread in hopes to hear about some of you guys' stories.I am currently in the process of obtaining a collegiate certificate in property management here in Canada and like most on here, I am dreaming of being able to start my own business.

A buyer normally is willing to pay a higher interest rate since they may be looking for owner financing due to difficulty qualifying with a institutional lender.I have obtained a much higher interest rate than what I would receive in any bank.I have also used the same process with a buyer by giving him multiple notes with each secured by its own mortgage.

Also one item not mentioned in previous discussion is interest rates.

I have started my company and obtained my LLC.

Would anyone recommend me or my spouse obtaining a real estate license for Arizona ?
