I'm a buy and hold investor mostly in Camden county but own properties as far south as New Castle County Delaware, so i'm open to Burlington and Gloucester and New Castle County as well.

In other states landlords are required to de-lead the property before renting.

If you’re in a time crunch to ID properties and an accredited investor, I might recommend you learn about DSTs (Delaware Statutory Trusts) where you purchase ownership interest in multimillion dollar properties that offer long-term income - and don't require you to be a landlord!

You're confusing Wilmington, DE with the rest of the country. :) With the exception of the few years of the housing bubble, prices in this neighborhood of Wilmington have remained essentially unchanged since the early 90's.
