Hello everyone,

My name is Sita and I currently reside in Delaware County, PA, although I am originally from South Philadelphia. I have followed BP for a few months and finally decided to join the forums.

By day, I work as a title closing officer in Chester County and have been employed in this industry for about 8+ years. I love real estate and am normally the go to person for questions and advice for friends and family. While I love doing title, I am ready to take the plunge to own some for myself.

My short term plans are to obtain my real estate license and to learn, learn, and learn some more as I save enough to buy my first property.

The long term plans are to have 10 cash flow properties within the next 7 years.
