Based on one of the podcasts with Michael Quarles, I fired off my first direct marketing campaign and have begun fielding calls.  

I met my partner who shared the same passion for real estate investing and he was a coworker at the sales job at the time so we took the leap by investing in a direct mail campaign with @Jerry Puckett .  

@Bruce Runn and @Oscar BrooksThank you for helping with this scenario, it sounds like right now more savings and education would be beneficial before starting any sort of house hunting campaign.

For example, if I received a call from direct mail campaign and talk with a guy I put all notes into CRM.

Sure you might succeed, but the odds are not in your favor.Doing a direct mail campaign after driving for dollars in those sub $200k areas would be akin to studying all semester, attending all the lectures while taking good notes, and doing your homework before taking an exam.

So far, i like the interface on Active Campaign.

Make sure you run a yellow letter marketing campaign and spend most of your money on bandit signs. 

I am a new REI planing on starting my first direct mail campaign.

First time posting here....I'm working on my first direct mailing campaign.

I've been reading allot lately from bigger pockets & several books on the wholesaling topic specifically interested in the probate niche, at this point i'm ready to get started but i don't know which form of marketing campaign i should begin with either postcards or yellow letters & don't know where to get them from, also i reached out to the local register of wills to get started on a list of sellers but they said their was only a list of deceist people.
