Edited, BTW, know that many colleges or schools allow meeting or classrooms to be used by the public or organizations without any affiliation to the school, just because a class is held at your local college doesn't ensure the content being taught is correct.As to REI, I've read enough in the forums to understand how these "classes" may be carried on, REI is not an accredited body, it's a money making franchise.

just remember ... numbers don't lie  and like Greg said "for the right price" but if its that high in meth, then you want to buy it so low in price that you can do a "total" rehab on property... got to be worth its weight in gold just remember investing is a turtle race.. take your time and buy right and buy smart

This way when you quit, your DTI wouldn't have been affected enough to disqualify you.You might be able to get a commercial loan since those are weighted more towards your Rental income.

I'm not sure how fast a body decomposes, but I do know that once it does, you would want to replace the padding as well as the carpet.
