So Mark do you do a lot with life insurance & infinite banking?

So I believe REO is already owned by bank so are those properties free of liens?

You and your new wife should move into the in-law suite for a year or so and rent out the larger portion to save more money.As for other methods other methods to get started there are loan sharks, rob a bank, sell drugs.

I called the bank that holds the mortgage and was told that it wouldn't be a problem if we wanted to sell it within the next few months. 

Or should I shop around other banks to see if they can make it happen? 

You’ll need to call a lot of banks to make it happen

A more traditional way is go to smaller community banks.
