If there are no comps on market, I use the historical listings from rentometer and see if I can find a cached version of the listing on hotpads or some other site and check them out that way.

The $10 version of the internet, or the one you got in a 3 day seminar isn't high enough quality in my opinion.

I actually plan on listening to the latest one on the way to Chicago, who also happens to have written a book with just the thing I was wanting, except no audio version unfortunately, but I look forward to listening to the podcast!

If you are not wowed by their free material you will probably not be impressed by the paid version.
