Hello BP community! My name is Lawrence Pascua and I'm a new real estate investor from Southern California. I've been working as an IT professional for over 15 years. In late 2015, I happened to find BP as I was searching for business opportunities. I was surprised on how many people are doing real estate investing and are succeeding. I started listening to the podcasts and have been inspired to get in the game!
