We are getting ready to put a complete  rehab into a gutted "abandoned" house but are waiting for figures. am I risking continuity?

Most of the homes that I am currently viewing needs a lot of rehab that goes way beyond my budget.

I had the place inspected and it needs a decent amount of work (I have very little experience estimating rehab costs).

Bought it for 199k, estimating about 25k of rehab and it comps for about 262k and hard money will be around 10k.

I do, and it’s not I’ve rehabbed three houses across California and have saved up about 250k.

@Garrett Sowle Good Morning I currently live in the south-west Philadelphia its a lot of properties that are being rehabbed in the area so I was looking there West Philadelphia and some areas of Wynnefield.

Looking to buy and rehab within the month.

Want properties that need some rehab as well.
