Still looking for more suggestion on a note fund that invest in primarily first positions and offers a monthly or quarterly return from day one for a sophisticated investor prefer 2yr  or less tie up commitment ( if all goes well of course I would extend) with an entry dollar amount around $25-50K. pm me if you like... 

The handyman could do quarterly or biannual walkthroughs to look for leaks, check on conditions, etc. 

You'll also need a support person for maintenance and quarterly fire/safety inspections to protect your property until you return.
