i would maybe consider offering them a few hundred dollars and having them sign something agreeing to vacate and that they are not due anything else back as far as possessions go.

The problem is there is language in the contract addendum that says the bank is not responsible for any mechanics lien, materials lien, or tax liens which were present before the bank gained possession.

@Jakob Kegel from what I’ve seen on the mls the bank took over possession already and it’s a big bank.
