Hello!

my partner and i are looking to get started in the real estate game, primarily with flipping and rehabs. we would be investing from out of state and we understand the dedication this will take. we have been told cleveland OH & memphis TN are good places to start but have been told there is much left in those cities to get started. any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Its always best to invest close to home especially when first getting started. Flipping requires serious expertise on markets, costs, demand, inventory levels etc. If you are going out of state you need a team of experts you can trust and rely on so you do not have to visit or babysit them or the projects.
