Eviction - Stuff Removal

We had a long term lease to own on a property in Oklahoma City.  Almost fourteen years in the home.  Two years ago the police raided the home.  Four years ago the payments began to be made by a relative.   Last summer we discovered that the tenants decided to vacate.  We sent letters to the tenant in regards to City Issues and re-imbursement of those cost - with no response.   The relative stopped making payments this year due to learning that the tenant moved out.   So 60 days of non-payment of a house with busted windows - we changed the locks and emptied the processions.  It was trashed in so many ways.  NOW - the tenant is wanting their things.  What is my obligation?
