The insurance company wants the lease in the businesses name. 

(Off topic, yes, but you are getting into the hospitality business, and as such, need to provide the full experience, from a nicely designed place to stay, to comfortable towels, mattresses and sheets, to a fairly seamless checkout experience.  

Again, you got to know where and WHY your investing there (make it about the numbers).... as any business model should be. 

It also helps establish the mindset that the rentals are a business.

Which in turn will bring plenty of other investors and general business to the market.

Hard money loans are business-purpose loans - so you will need to do it under a company.
