Looking to see who people have used for business coaching/strategy as well as process development/refinement.

Looking for help in the New Construction Sector. We have two SFH being built right now and negotiating with a local municipality on a 5 lot SFH development and a 49 lot development.

I have a very small crew, a solid network of subs but need help organizing it all. This is a whole new ballpark for my families business.

Currently doing rentals and fix and flips.
