I went to a Than Merril event and they say the best place is to get on in Las Vegas Nevada because of the corporate Veil or something like that to protect yourself.

If you own 100% of the LLC the LLC will be disregarded for tax purposes and be reported on your individual return unless you make an election to file as an S Corporation which generally does not make sense for real estate since its so hard to get property out of an LLC filing as an S corp without a taxable event.

I did check the Rehab America company and there is a foreign (out of state, Tennessee) corporation by that name, it was formed in 97 and there is no obvious connection to Charles Lee, but like I said earlier the data entry doesn't cover everything.I hope that some of this is helpful and feel free to pass it along to your attorneys if they haven't already figured this out.

There's plenty of post office regulations to google but what works for me is:Line 1 - This can be anything, person or corporate entity, or even blankLine 2 - Must be just above the city and either PO Box or physical street addressLine 3 - City, State, Zip CodeThere are also websites that scrub and correct mailing addresses.
