Retired army medic looking for the next challenge

Hello everyone. My name is Josh I am a 41 year old Retired Army medic with 22 years active duty time. I am beginning the next new challenge and I feel pulled towards real estate/ real estate investing. I am new to this arena and will be reading and learning from all of the leaders here in order to learn new and awesome ways to help build a better community and to work for myself and not for Mr corporation. Feel free poke and prod because I look forward to learning and being a strong force in this area.
