Okay let's hear them! 2017 REI Goals!

Okay everybody it's about that time!

Since we are now officially in the last month of 2016 and 2017 is right around the corner, I want to hear everyone's REI goals for the upcoming year! Did you have an amazing 2016? Was it a near miss of the goals you set? Did you completely fail? Well that's okay because 2016 is almost behind us and 2017 is a new year!

I'll start with my own:

1. Open 3rd restaurant unit by June.

2. Double number of monthly mailers starting in January.

3. Complete my first residential fix and flip project by March (currently under contract!)

4. Sell my primary residence!

5. Capitalize on more leads by wholesaling to other investors, instead of passing on leads just because they don't meet my rental criteria.

6. Outsource skiptracing to capitalize on RTS mailers.

7. Develop and open first ground-up fast food unit by November.

8. Double the average number of attendees at my meetup in Q1.

9. Acquire 10 more rental units.

10. Quit my corporate job!!!!!!
