I’m actually at the lake house right now, as we are most every weekend.

I’m also hoping to learn more about the hands-on side of a rehab, which is why I’m looking locally, I’d be very happy to spend a weekend day doing dumb labor to learn a new skill set.

Home prices are MUCH lower, in the 200s, and one friend has now bought two properties, both as a weekend place (they are there full time now due to COVID) and to rent on AirBnB. 

After reviewing everything I knew what needed to be done and executed this massive plan that we came up within a weekend and started implementing things Monday morning.  

My partner and I are interested to start looking in Edgerton for an owner-occupy, as his good friend just closed there last weekend.
