Hi everyone,So I am trying to find a Texas lender that can approve loans for single-wide mobile home (it has not been moved from its previous placement).

The goal is to cast a wide net around as optimal of a list as you can.Then finally find a company that can send out mailers for you.

People write off anything and with pets being widely loved by our country/state, I wouldn't be surprised if there were some rights out there that your pets could exercise!

Of note though, I believe the 196k was property-wide, so around $1100/mo for each unit which would map to the area pretty well.

There is no city-wide or likely even zip code wide “rent to price ratio” it doesn’t exist.

Perfect 'in the box' investment that is appealing to a wide swath of renters (3/2 with garage and fenced yard + proximity to schools is great for families and couples!)

Looking for creative lending options for a single wide in state of North Carolina.

One, there aren't many comparable units in that area so you will have to do the research yourself which is more reliable in my opinion.Next is the widely varying nightly rates, house size and occupancy.
