Hi everyone,

So I am trying to find a Texas lender that can approve loans for single-wide mobile home (it has not been moved from its previous placement). If you all have an idea of how to find a lender who works with mobile homes, please let me know!

thank you in advance.

@Javier Rubio You may want to check with a few mobile home dealerships since they're in the business. In the past, I've found them to be good sources of information for market insight and referrals.

Also, you can try talking to local banks and credit unions in the area. See if they can offer any options. Other than that, you can look into private lenders and/or bringing a partner in on the deal.

Hope that helps!
