That said, the effort that it takes to put systems in place to consistently find deals, rehab to proper standards, place good tenants, and then manage those tenants is 100X harder than marketing.

We have relatively good systems for check in, cleaning, etc. but we need someone that can do occasional house checks, meet contractors if necessary, and respond to specific issues.
