Due to the need for lots of electricity to power the lighting used in this sort of pot growing venture, and due to the need to avoid detection of the high power use by the electric utility, holes were somehow cut through the 6-inch concrete foundation to hook up automobile jumper cables to bypass the electric meter.I'd say that a bypass of the water meter wouldn't surprise me either, since lots of water gets used in farming anything.So it might not just be limited to drywall and flooring ...And you would definitely need professional mold testing/remediation if you're planning to resell.

Hi, you didn't give enough info, but if the lender is not one of the big 5, is a regional or local lender, my first reaction is to suggest that you go to the bank and see if you can catch up the payments, sign the note with the seller (after you get a deal with the owner) 20K is slim, but depending on what it takes to get the value up and updated, the seller can move on and allow you to continue the mortgage and sell the place.
