FHA loans do require income documents to be submitted so be sure to have that ready. 

Tell the agent if he does not submit your offer you will give it directly to the seller!

Prior to the beginning of the project we submitted all changes to HOA (siding color change, removal of shutters etc) however what we failed to submit was a change in the color of the window frames (from white to black)Since completion of the project I have been notified by the HOA I am in violation of the rules because I did not submit all changes.
