I would not consider it a longterm solution.

I would put up a sign on the front and back doors that this property is monitored by remote cameras. 

I had my wife soak it with a mop and a bleach solution.

Many property management applications support work orders, but a mobile app would seem to be a good lightweight solution. 

If you created patio spaces in the back with dividers you could do a low cost "paving" solution by having crusher fines brought in from a landscaping company and compacted. 

Turnkey solutions are available which is great for out of state investor.
