I think I understand the concept of getting a LLC for protection, but I been getting mixed responses from different sources. 

I AGREE with these concepts and everything you brought up in your comment as well. 

I am wondering, on simple real estate deal, do you actually need all that complex flexibility? 

I have a basic concept of the process.

As I've stated on many of my posts, there are the accounting definition of terms and the way to use concepts in order to make analysis easier and more efficient. 

Now that our proof of concept is nearly complete and Austin is getting exposure, the million dollar question...

That was all several years ago, and I still live with roommates, not because I necessarily need to, but because the concept has worked for me for so many years and I enjoy the extra 1k/month income which allows me to essentially buy one extra house every few years.

I like the concept in theory...but like all other review sites...I think you will find it turns into an enormous amount of issues for you as the site owner / developer when you provide this "service".In an industry as highly regulated as the lending industry is (yes even for PM/HML lenders, borrowers have an enormous amount of assistance available to them if they run across a bad egg via the various regulatory agencies.  

If the mobile home's title was retired the land then it's simpler.  

The concept of wholesaling is simple, however there are details in between.Find a list of people to market to.
