I'd just say if you go, I go so then we'd both be up a creek and your just as able to leave him holding the bag, so HE gets that your ready to walk out also, so you'll both be hit for breach of lease.He'd probably not expect that,,and would agree to the  fee to get the lease resolved and you'd be free to either move or continue on  your own and if new roommate is possible secure that in the future.

This is particularly important in this area because it is a significant distance from Center City Philadelphia or a shopping mall.I like Lawncrest and am looking to buy more real estate here as well as other Northeast neighborhoods.Good Luck.

Shop around for pricing and even package deals as I've found many times you will not spend much more to purchase ss but the look is very much worth it to prospective tenants!

Definitely great for shopping around a little more; I used to be a huge fan of Future Shop for White Westinghouse appliances.
