My Dad is 50 years old, and is coming up on 7 years of retirement, after building a Landlord business and serving in the USAF for 24 years. 

Without appreciation, this kind of investing is a sham.So my clients in my very FIRST 3 bedroom/2bath home in Dublin, California is attracting a lot of wedding goers, some mix of business travelers, and families on vacation.   

People can sell you the assets/debts in the business, but not trademarks or names, or contracts they have with clients, etc.

Well it wasn't properly served and the sheriff sale was confirmed, but he didn't pay the balance so now it has gone into contempt and hearing set. 

I did a loan for a client two years ago that I had done 4 previous loans for.
