Hello BP community, 

I recently joined, and have been eating up the podcasts (I've listened to 15 in the last 2 days at work). Last year my brother and I fulfilled a lifelong goal of going into business together as Landlords. We were fortunate to come in at just the right time, and were able to secure 10 units within 8 months. While we have had some....interesting situations with tenants already, things seem to really be working out. We are very fortunate to have parents who understand Real Estate well. My Dad is 50 years old, and is coming up on 7 years of retirement, after building a Landlord business and serving in the USAF for 24 years.  My Brother and I want t continue buying multi-unit properties in Idaho, and building our business together. I appreciate all of the hard work and resources that this website provides.
