Whatever you do, make sure you run a full screening package (credit, criminal, and eviction) on all applicants as well as an address history report to check their past landlord references.

If you are looking for a growing family stick to the major school districts, Jenks, Union, Broken Arrow, Bixby,Owasso, and maybe districts that are growing like Glenpool and Collinsville and Skiatook.
